I know using these online life drawing tools is not the same as actually going to sessions but I decided I would try to play around with some textures and brushes and see what I could get from a few drawings.

After watching lots of "How I Met Your Mother" I decided I wanted to try and animate Barney Stinson saying his catch phrase "suit up!". Challenge excepted!!

He everyone!

It's been a while since last I animate traditionally so I have decided to start making a habit of always playing around with the good old pencils, animation papers and my animation desk. This one of the first results. Yes, I have been playing too much Pokemon HeartGold and Nicole has been watching a lot of Pokemon on TV, consequently, so have I. We are both also very excited for the new Pokemon X and Y games. All and All here is what came of it so far.
I hope you guys like it and I hope I don't disappoint the Pikachu fans!

getting back in to it

Hey guys,

It's trying to slowly get back in to working. These are some quick doodles I made while watching tv with pen and markers... I always love how lose I can get when work a good amount of time with pen. Still a bit rusty but ill get right back in there!

Line 01

This is my graduation project at Sheridan College for the animation BAA program. "Line 01" was done during my fourth and last year at Sheridan. I was mentored by Maury Whyte and made the film using photoshop for the back grounds, TVpaint for all the animation, and after effects and Premiere for editing. I hope you guys enjoy!
Sheridan was a load of fun, I met so many amazing people while I was there. I wish everyone good luck in their future endeavours and that we may meet again in the industry someday!
For all those watching, I hope you guys enjoy the film.

Spirit

This is a short film I made while interning at Crush Inc. in Toronto Canada during the summer of 2012. Raphael Quirino and Chris Minos were my mentors during the 10 weeks it took me to create the film from start to finish. The back grounds were done in Photoshop, the Fox was animated in maya, where I also created the model and the rig. The last scene was animated on TVpaint traditionally. I had a wonderful time at crush and learned a lot! Thank you!!

4th Year Film Stuff

Hey guys,

I've been working away on my film and I wanted to share at least a little bit of it with everyone. I just finished another rough animation but since this one was the first with lip sync, I decided to post it. After working on it for a couple of days I realize the end part is a bit jumpy and the model morphs a bit. Unfortunately time is up and I need to keep moving forward. I guess, in the end, I am still learning a lot with every single animation I do and, even though I'm putting a lot of effort in these, they are bound to have problems here and there. Overall I think you guys will like it! I hope!
The voice for this character in my film is played by Nicole Mclean, Thanks Nic!
I'll try to keep up with posting more often
