Cutout Animation

I've been catching up on cutout animation and here are some pictures of a character rig I made this week. I have to be honest, it can get a bit overwhelming trying to keep track of all the pieces of the rig when building it.
I think this one came out great though! Cute little elf! Check out some pics and a video with a simple little animation at the end.
